Apex are able to carry out all aspects of planned maintenance from as little as an annoying tap dripping to a complete refurbishment. The services we offer in this field include maintenance contracts which can be as little as one man once a fortnight; right through to every day of the year for what ever needs you have, both commercially and residentially.
Where major works are being planned, Apex will in the first instance meet with client on site to obtain a full overview of the situation. All aspects of the works must then be considered i.e.; Health and Safety issues, Risk Assessments and CASHH Assessments where necessary. In some cases, geographical surveys and planning permission may have to be undertaken and Apex are able to deal with all of these issues and have experience in them. Taking all of the above into consideration, we will then provide the client with all necessary documentation and of course a quotation at no cost.
You as the client will be taken through these stages, step by step to ensure that you are fully informed of progress and are aware of job status continually. Most importantly, Apex are aware that quality of workmanship is essential to ensure a successful project and the foreman on site will ensure that this is the case. As a company, we also take on board the importance of monetary and time applications and can discuss various options which are best suited to you the client.
