Apex prides itself on providing a professional, friendly and punctual service whatever the situation may be, and can provide the client with every possible trade required. We will endeavour to attend to the problem within 2 hours along with all the necessary plant and machinery.
All Apex operatives are fully trained within their own fields and also receive in house training to ensure all jobs are carried out in a professional and courteous manner. Our staff are appropriately dressed in uniform and carry Apex identification which can be shown at any time.
On arrival at site, the operative will fill in our standard job sheet which will include the time of arrival and job specification. Once the works have been completed (this may be anything from a leaking tap to a full temporary roof covering) the operative will the proceed to complete the job sheet detailing works carried out and any recommendations he feels are necessary. The Client will then sign to verify this, if any follow up works are required, Apex will endeavour to furnish the client with a quotation within a day or so. A copy of the job sheet will be forwarded to the client.
Apex has worked within the reactive maintenance field for many years and because of the experience we have gained, we have been able to arm our operatives with a "standard kit" enabling them to carry out a host of various jobs which are commonly reported. This can assist them in completing the job rather than just isolating the problem, this helps the client in both cost and paperwork.
