Our Process
Part 1 of the process
A potential referral is made either direct or indirect. This means that a vulnerable adult either comes directly to Apex Property Services is referred to by a third party.
Part 2 of the process
This is where the adult wanting to be housed will be either accepted or rejected. If the individual is rejected this will be the final stage. If accepted it will move onto the third stage which shall complete the registration process and the individual will become a tenant of Apex Property Services.
Part 3 of the process
The accepted individual will then fill out the necessary paperwork for their support folder including the online housing benefit form. They will then be assisted to move into the property in question and handed over the keys and they will now be deemed as a tenant of Apex Property Services.
